MEK RUB TEST MACHINE

MEK RUB TEST MACHINE

Product Description

The MEK Paint Strength Tester is a machine used to test the solvent resistance (MEK) resistance of colored steel plates. Its working principle is that the friction block with methyl ethyl ketone solvent rubs back and forth on the surface of the colored steel plate according to the pre-set time and frequency. When the friction interval is determined, the resistance of the color plate to methyl ethyl ketone is assessed by the wear condition of the surface being rubbed. Industries of use: furniture, paint colors...etc.

The MEK Rub Test machine has been developed to combat the problem of inconsistent test results between operators. This semi automated machine gives the line operator and quality control personnel the ability to duplicate results from the laboratory to the production line every time.
