GENERAL
Thermocouple and Resistance bulbs are temperature sensing terminals that sense temperature variations of the fluid flowing in the pipeline and convert them to changes in mv or resistance value to furnish a corresponding electrical signal to a remotely receiving instrument.
They are available in either explosion proof or non explosion proof construction and with flanged or threaded mountings.
Can be combined from standardized component．
Standard lengths means that few spare parts need to be kept stock.
Insertion lengths can be selected individually.
Measureing insets and be replaced during operation.
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Protection Tube material And designs adapted operating conditions.
Installation of a transmitter in the connection head obviates the need for multi wire circuit.
In most cases,replacement by a new measuring inset is more reliable and less expensive than recalibration.
Head box with galvanic isolation.
This housing is available in both Aluminum and SS316.
As shown below, it comes with complete certification.
Designed specifically for Explosion proof applications, the housing accommodates a terminal block or head mounted transmitter 2.0”(50mm) in diameter.
A low cost Non Explosion proof version is also available in both Aluminum or SS316.The Aluminum housing an be provided with an epoxy coating, meeting the requirements of IP65.
