Product Description:
DURA-40 zirconium silicate bead is made of Australian zircon grain after fine grinding, titration and rolling into blanks, medium temperature along with sintering then handcrafted in accordance with the environment. The unique formulation and manufacturing process provides global users with zirconium silicate beads with medium hardness and density, high compressive strength and low abrasion. Particularly suitable for dispersing and grinding medium hardness particles in low to medium viscosity mortars.
Application industry:
* Pigments and dyestuffs: to grind and disperse inorganic pigment such as TiO2, carbon black; organic pigments such as phthalocyanine blue, cromophtal yellow;
* Coatings & paints: protection paint, emulsion paint, printing inks, inkjet inks, paper coating and video tape coating;
* Pesticides: herbicides, fungicides and seed coatings, etc.;
* Fillers: Kaolin, titanium dioxide, mica and talc, etc.
Product features:
* Compact and homogeneous zirconium silicate microcrystalline structure;
* Glazed working surface;
* Matching mills: discs type of horizontal or vertical bead mills; pin type with the tip speed less 13m/s.
