How to cut the samples by using a Circular Sample Cutter?

The fabric to be cut flat on the rubber mat, the disc sampler on the fabric, pull out the locking device on the sampler, rotate about 90 degrees, hold the outer cover with one hand, hold the corrugated hand wheel with the other hand, and apply some pressure, then rotate the corrugated hand wheel clockwise (the angle of rotation is greater than 90 degrees), you can cut the round sample.
